The payment you make covers the cost of posting a family request or a provider listing. Once your request or listing is reviewed and posted, the service is considered complete.

Refunds are only offered when we are unable to provide the service that was paid for. This includes situations where a listing cannot be posted or when a platform issue prevents your information from being displayed.

Refunds are not provided for the following:

• Lack of responses or lack of connections
   
• Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the user
   
• Changes of mind after submission
   
• Cancellations or disagreements between families and caregivers
   
• Digital product purchases, as all digital sales are final
   

Digital product sales, such as guides, ebooks, checklists, and forms, are final once delivered.

By submitting a form, listing, or request, you consent to receive communication related to your posting, your purchase, or platform updates. You may opt out at any time.

Digital downloads are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, posted, or resold without written permission.

Once a digital product is delivered, all sales are final.
