Refunds for Platform Services
Refunds are only offered when I am unable to provide the digital service that was paid for. This includes situations where a listing cannot be posted or where there is an issue with the platform that prevents your request or provider listing from being displayed.
All Listing Fees Are Otherwise Non Refundable
The listing fee covers the cost of posting your information on the website and providing access to a space where families and caregivers can connect. Once a listing or request is submitted, reviewed, and posted, the service is considered delivered.
No Refunds for Lack of Responses or Connections
I cannot guarantee that a family or a caregiver will reach out, reply, or move forward with services. The platform provides visibility and connection opportunities, but does not control the outcome of communication or agreements.
No Refunds for Incorrect or Incomplete Submissions
It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and complete information. Refunds are not provided for mistakes made during submission, including wrong contact information, missing details, or incomplete listings.
No Refunds for Decisions Made Between Families and Caregivers
I do not manage, supervise, or oversee any agreements, payments, schedules, or services exchanged between families and caregivers. Refunds will not be issued for disagreements, cancellations, or issues that occur after two parties make contact.
Digital Product Refunds
Digital downloads such as ebooks, forms, guides, and templates cannot be refunded once they are delivered. All digital sales are final.

Communication that takes place between caregivers and families is entirely separate and not monitored by the platform.
