Refunds for Platform Services
Refunds are only offered when I am unable to provide the digital service that was paid for. This includes situations where a listing cannot be posted or where there is an issue with the platform that prevents your request or provider listing from being displayed.


All Listing Fees Are Otherwise Non Refundable
The listing fee covers the cost of posting your information on the website and providing access to a space where families and caregivers can connect. Once a listing or request is submitted, reviewed, and posted, the service is considered delivered.


No Refunds for Lack of Responses or Connections
I cannot guarantee that a family or a caregiver will reach out, reply, or move forward with services. The platform provides visibility and connection opportunities, but does not control the outcome of communication or agreements.


No Refunds for Incorrect or Incomplete Submissions
It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and complete information. Refunds are not provided for mistakes made during submission, including wrong contact information, missing details, or incomplete listings.


No Refunds for Decisions Made Between Families and Caregivers
I do not manage, supervise, or oversee any agreements, payments, schedules, or services exchanged between families and caregivers. Refunds will not be issued for disagreements, cancellations, or issues that occur after two parties make contact.


Digital Product Refunds
Digital downloads such as ebooks, forms, guides, and templates cannot be refunded once they are delivered. All digital sales are final.

Welcome to Jessica’s Helping Hands. By using this platform, submitting a listing, requesting care, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms below.


1. Platform Purpose

Jessica’s Helping Hands provides a space where independent caregivers and families can connect. This platform does not employ caregivers, manage their work, or take part in any agreements made between caregivers and families. All decisions, conversations, and arrangements made after contact is established are the full responsibility of the individuals involved.


2. Listings, Requests, and Payments

All payments for listings or requests are made securely through the website.

  • Listing fees and request fees cover the cost of posting information on the platform
     
  • These fees are for access to the posting service only
     
  • Once a listing or request is submitted and posted, the service is considered complete
     
  • Refunds are only issued if the listing or request cannot be posted due to an issue with the platform
     

Families and caregivers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Refunds are not provided for incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate submissions.


3. No Guarantees of Connections or Responses

The platform provides visibility for listings and requests, but it does not guarantee that a caregiver or family will respond, connect, or move forward with communication. Jessica’s Helping Hands is not involved in matching, supervising, or selecting any caregiver or family.


4. Communication

By submitting a form, listing, request, or message, you consent to receive communication from Jessica’s Helping Hands regarding your submission or purchase. You may opt out at any time.

Communication that takes place between caregivers and families is entirely separate and not monitored by the platform.


5. Digital Products

Digital products such as ebooks, guides, forms, and templates are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

All digital sales are final once the file has been delivered.


6. Limitation of Liability

Jessica’s Helping Hands does not provide medical care or direct caregiver services. We do not take responsibility for:

  • The actions or behavior of caregivers or families
     
  • Any agreements, payments, cancellations, or disputes between users
     
  • Any injury, loss, or damage that occurs after contact is made
     
  • Information shared between caregivers and families, including background details or service claims
     

Users must complete their own screening and must use their own judgment before entering any agreement.


7. Website Content

All text, images, and materials on this website belong to Jessica’s Helping Hands. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


8. Platform Coverage Area

This platform is designed to serve families and caregivers in any area where independent care is allowed. Digital resources are available nationwide.


9. Changes to These Terms

Jessica’s Helping Hands may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
